Matt Ly joined Foster Walsh, LLP in 2003 and has been serving as the Office Administrator since that time.  Mr. Ly received his B.A. in Economics and certificates in both Business and Accounting at the University of California, San Diego in 2001.  Mr. Ly is responsible for the accounting, financial, facilities, human resource, information technology, and personnel management functions of the firm.
